“To “eat” and the “aroma” have a strong relationship. I think you have an experience missing taste when you held your nose or when you are cold. When there are no smell, you can`t perceive it at all.
I did this work to reconfirm in this busy everyday to “enjoy the flavor eating”.
Because Japan and France are rich in their own food culture, I introduce it in my work.”
